Trieste Mayor Hopes to Improve Co-Operation with Slovenia and Minority in Italy

Trieste, 11 February - Slovenian State Secretary and head of the Office for Slovenians Abroad Crtomir Spacapan and Trieste Mayor Roberto Dipiazza met on Tuesday at a reception held at the Slovenian Consulate General in Trieste to celebrate Slovenia's Culture Day on 8 February. Dipiazza confirmed his wish to upgrade co-operation with the Slovenian minority in Italy, the bordering municipalities and Ljubljana, said the press release of the consulate general.
