Constitutional Changes Aim Merely to Secure Referendum Success, Says DSP Head
Ljubljana, 11 February - The proposed constitutional changes aim chiefly at making sure that the forthcoming EU and NATO referendums suceed, which could be said to be, to put it bluntly, a manipulation. This was a view of Tone Persak, president of the Slovenian Writers' Association (DSP), expressed at a panel on constitutional changes organised by the DSP on Tuesday evening.
