MPs to Discuss Procedure to Change Constitution 4 Hours

Ljubljana, 12 February - The launch of a procedure to change four articles of the Constitution - dubbed the European articles - is to be debated around four hours as the parliament convened for an emergency session on Wednesday afternoon. The four articles are expected to be amended by 28 February.
