Only United Europe Can Play Active Role in World, FM Rupel Says

Brussels, 12 February - Europe will be able to agree on its borders, when it reaches a consensus on what it is exactly that binds the Union together, said Slovenia's Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel in his lecture on the future borders of Europe at the Royal Institute for International Relations in Brussels on Wednesday. Only a united Europe can take on an active global role in the international affairs, the minister underlined.
