Pivovarna Lasko Acquires Nearly 25 Percent of Delo Publisher

Ljubljana, 14 February - The brewery Pivovarna Lasko on Friday acquired a 24.98-percent stake in the newspaper house Delo after purchasing 166,790 shares from the authorised investment company Zvon 1. The shares were bought off the organised market at SIT 35,160 (EUR 152), said the communication group SPEM on behalf of Lasko.
