Rupel Acted in Line with Gov't Policy, Says Patriotic NGO

Velenje, 16 February - A patriotic organisation "The 23 December Movement" is against Slovenia's NATO membership, and is convinced that Slovenians should take a decision on it on the basis of objective information. The Movement therefore opposes the interpretation that the foreign minister acted on his own when he signed the Vilnius declaration. According to the NGO, Dimitrij Rupel "signed the servile declaration in line with the government policy on NATO integration at any cost".
