Ljubljana, 18 February - The Ljubljana city council is expected to convene for an emergency session on Thursday to discuss the problematic purchase of a troubled bank. As an official has said recently, there is no doubt that Energetika, a public utility owned by the municipality of Ljubljana, paid more than double for the Slovenian Investment Bank (SIB).
