Ljubljana, 19 February - If the officials of the acceding countries, at least those who answered the invitation of the Greek PM Kostas Simitis to come to Brussels, expected to be briefed on the EU stance on the Iraqi crisis, they ended up hearing even more than they had expected. They realised that the Union does not fully appreciate their flirtation with the U.S. ideas on reducing tension in the Gulf.
