Lasko Protests Securities Agency's Claims about Violation of Takeover Laws

Laško, 19 February - Slovenia's top brewer Pivovarna Lasko on Wednesday protested against claims by the acting director of the Agency for the Securities Market (AVTP), who said yesterday that the brewer had possibly violated legislation on takeovers when purchasing almost 25 percent of shares in the country's major newspaper house Delo.
