No Major Progress Expected at Third Round of EEA Talks

Brussels, 20 February - Slovenia is attending the third round of negotiations on membership of the European Economic Area (EEA) on Thursday in Brussels. At the meeting, ten future EU members, the European Commission and four non-EU members of the EEA are expected to confirm the establishment of three working groups - financial issues, agriculture, and fisheries - that will draft guidelines for a final agreement between the parties.
