BRUSSELS - FM Dimitrij Rupel, who is also government representative in the Convention on the future of the EU is to attend a regular meeting of government representatives in the Convention at 1:30 PM. The meeting is to focus on the proposed first 16 articles of the future European constitution and the future institutional make-up of the EU.

NOVO MESTO - Pharmaceutical company Krka is to give a press conference at 1 PM, presenting business results and key investments at home and abroad. Plans for 2003 will be outlined.
