Slovenia's Majdic Tenth in World Championship Pursuit

Val di Fiemme, 22 February - Slovenia's Petra Majdic took her third top-ten finish at the World Nordic Ski Championships currently taking place in Val di Fiemme, as she finished tenth in Saturday's ladies pursuit (5km classic and 5km freestyle). The Slovenian competitor finished 12.5 seconds behind winner Kristina Shmigun of Estonia. Second place went to Evi Sachenbacher of Germany (+0.6), while Russia's Olga Savialova (+0.6) finished third.
