Delo on France's Role in Europe

Ljubljana, 24 February - French President Jacques Chirac threatened the EU candidates which signed the Vilnius declaration that France might block the EU accession process, which was undiplomatic "par exellence" of him, writes Monday's daily, suggesting that in the style of De Gaulle and Mitterand, French policy has never changed.
