Constitutional Changes Necessary on Three Key Matters
Ljubljana, 26 February - In its bid to join the European Union, Slovenia has to change its Constitution in order to meet three basic demands: ensure that a part of its sovereign rights can be transferred to the Union and its institutions, enable extradition of its citizens to other EU member states, and meet the EU regulation on the free flow of capital.
