Slovenia Seeks Consultations on Future EU Environment Regulation

Brussels, 26 February - Slovenia has requested to consult with the EU on a piece of future European legislation in what is the first move of its kind by the country. Sources at the EU council of ministers confirmed for STA that Slovenia would like to hold consultations on environment legislation, specifically changes to directives on handling packaging and waste packaging.
