MPs Explain Their Votes: All But Two Deputy Factions Announce to Vote YES

Ljubljana, 27 February - While two small opposition parties, SNS and SMS, spoke strongly against the proposed changes to the Constitution, all the other opposition as well as coalition parties voiced their firm support for them before they proceeded to taking a vote.
