ROME - Slovenian President Janez Drnovsek is to take part in a two-day international conference on the future of Europe. The event, organised by the Aspen Institute Italia, is to see political and economic figures from Europe and the rest of the world discuss current issues facing the EU.

LJUBLJANA - The National Statistical Office is to give a press conference at 10 A.M. presenting Slovenia's latest economic and social indices.
