Delo on UN Security Council Split Over Iraq
Ljubljana, 8 March - If the Cold War is over than its players have forgotten to tell this to the UN Security Council. The world's nuclear powers are divided in two camps and have differing views on whether the United Nations are doing their job in disarming a country without nuclear weapons. The only thing that is different now, is that the two camps have undergone some restructuring, daily Delo says on Saturday.
