Ljubljana, 11 March - The central bank council finally got the courage to pick a different formula of monetary policy - a combination of lower interest rates and somewhat slower floating of the exchange rate. The monetary authorities so responded to criticism of younger economists according to whom careful passivity and too fast floating of the tolar are important contributors to domestic inflation, Delo comments on Monday's move of Bank of Slovenia to cut interest rates.
