Slovenian-Croatian N-Plant Agreement Enters into Force

Ljubljana, 11 March - The Slovenian-Croatian agreement on the ownership and use of the jointly-constructed Krsko nuclear power plant (NEK) entered into force on Tuesday after the Slovenian Foreign Ministry sent a diplomatic note to the Croatian embassy in Slovenia to notify Croatia of the agreement's ratification in the Slovenian Parliament. In line with the accord, the document enters into force after the reception of the diplomatic note.
