Brussels, 11 March - Of the ten would-be EU members, Slovenia is the one that is most aligned with the present member states in terms of general economic situation, employment, research and development, economic reforms, social cohesion, and environment, show the structure indices for the 1999-2002 period, drafted by the European Commission ahead of the "economic" EU summit, and published on Tuesday.
