German FM to Discuss EU, NATO and Iraq in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 12 March - German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer is to pay a visit to Slovenia on Wednesday at the invitation of his Slovenian counterpart Dimitrij Rupel. Talks with senior Slovenian officials, among them President Janez Drnovsek, Prime Minister Anton Rop and Parliament Speaker Borut Pahor, are expected to focus on Slovenia's accession to the EU and NATO, as well as the Iraq crisis, according to the Foreign Ministry.
