EU and NATO Support Shoots Up, Latest Survey Suggests

Ljubljana, 12 March - As the countdown to the EU and NATO referendums has begun - the voting is to take place on Sunday, 23 March -, the support for Slovenia's membership in both NATO and the EU is noticeably increasing. Over 50 percent of voters appear to be pro NATO, while EU support stands at 82.6 percent, shows the latest opinion poll conducted Monday by the agency Stik for Slovenia's leading daily Delo.
