Strained Economic Situation Boosts Operations of Export Credit Agency
Ljubljana, 13 March - The Slovenian Export Corporation (SID) reported SIT 8.4bn (EUR 36.2m) of revenues last year, including interests and gross insurance premiums, which is an increase of 28 percent over 2001. The Slovenian export credit agency also reported 2002 pre-tax profits of SIT 298.2m (EUR 1.28m), SID director Marjan Kramar told Thursday's news conference.
