NATO Is not the U.S. and Will not Attack Iraq, PM Tells Daily
Ljubljana, 14 March - NATO as such will not attack and has no intention of attacking Iraq. Everything it does will be in line with Articles 4 and 5 of the Washington Treaty, which means that it will protect its members through the system of collective security and solidarity. This is how Slovenian Prime Minister Anton Rop outlined the difference between the U.S. and NATO for Friday's Delo.
