Croatian Parliament Does Not Annul NEK Contract Ratification
Zagreb, 14 March - In a 71-to-41 vote, Croatian lawmakers on Friday refused to annul the act on Croatia's ratification of the agreement on the Krsko nuclear power plant (NEK), jointly constructed by Slovenia and Croatia. The initiative for the annulment of the agreement, which determines the ownership and the use of the plant, came from the Croatian Social Liberal Party (HSLS).
