Crime on the Rise, Illegal Migration Down, Says 2002 Police Report
Ljubljana, 14 March - The number of criminal acts investigated by the police rose in 2002 as compared to 2001, while the number of illegal migrations recorded dropped. Presenting the 2002 report on police work to the press on Friday, the chief of the Slovenian police Marko Pogorevc said he was pleased with the results of last year's work.
