Brussels, 18 March - Despite the failure of the attempts to find a diplomatic solution to the Iraq crisis and Bush's ultimatum to Saddam Hussein, the UN Security Council is close to a common decision in support of a military action on Iraq, head of the Slovenian parliamentary committee for foreign policy Jelko Kacin said Tuesday in Brussels, where he took part in the meeting of the Convention on the future of Europe.
