Referendums Appear to Be More or Less Decided

Ljubljana, 19 March - The Sunday referendums on the EU and NATO appear to be all but decided judging from the latest public opinion surveys published on Wednesday. Almost 59 percent of those questioned by the daily Delo opted for NATO membership and 85 percent for the EU. Considering only the respondents who have decided how to vote on Sunday, the weekly Mag meanwhile suggests that NATO membership will be backed by 68.8 percent and EU membership by 93.6 percent.
