What Economic Benefits Could NATO Membership Bring, Panel Wonders

Ljubljana, 19 March - The Slovenian economy would profit from the country's integration into NATO, was the opinion of the majority of the participants in a debate published on Wednesday in financial daily Finance. Meanwhile, Bogomir Kovac of the Ljubljana Faculty of Economics believed that the main attraction for foreign investments in the Slovenian market are successful multinational companies and not NATO.
