Suspected SARS Case in Slovenia Revealed as Common Bacteria Infection
Ljubljana, 21 March - The Slovenian patient with symptoms of an unidentified form of pneumonia was diagnosed with an infection by Mycoplasma Pneumoniae bacteria, head of the Ljubljana Infectious Disease Clinic Franc Strle said on Friday. The woman, who spent several weeks in Vietnam, was admitted to the hospital on Saturday after reporting pneumonia symptoms. Her condition improved quickly and she is expected to go home soon.
