Minority Radio Employees Go on Another Hunger Strike

Klagenfurt/Ljubljana, 24 March - Employees of the Slovenian minority radio station, Radio dva, broadcasting in the Austria's province of Carinthia, started Monday their second hunger strike, which will carry on as long as the station is not granted round-the-clock broadcasting in Slovenian. Meanwhile, the European Council of Artists urges for a solution to prevent Radio dva from closing down, in line with the obligations of international law.
