Finance: Gorenje and Kolinska Execs Face Charges of Insider Trading
Ljubljana, 28 March - The Ljubljana Stock Exchange is said to have filed charges of insider trading against chairmen of home appliances maker Gorenje Joze Stanic and foodstuffs producer Kolinska Lojze Dezelak for seperate incidents of insider trading. As the business daily Finance writes on Friday - it cites reliable sources - both sold shares in their respective companies just before going public with "price-sensitive information".
