Croatia Becomes Co-Owner of NEK
Ljubljana, 1 April - In line with a bilateral agreement, Croatia on Tuesday formally became co-owner and manager of the Krsko Nuclear Power Plant (NEK), jointly-constructed by Slovenia and Croatia. The first session of the NEK assembly is set for 5 April, and is to see the appointment of the supervisory board and the management board composed of two members, one from the Slovenian power utility ELES GEN and the other from the Croatian utility HEP.
