Simobil Reports Positive EBITDA for the First Time
Vienna, 2 April - Slovenia's second largest mobile operator Simobil reported positive earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) for for the first time ever in 2002. They amounted to EUR 1.9m, up from the losses of EUR 19.1m in 2001. The operator's revenues totalled EUR 79.2m last year, increasing by 48 percent year-on-year, the company said on Wednesday.
