Statistics Reveal Encouraging Performance of Slovenian Courts
Ljubljana, 7 April - The statistical data on the work of Slovenia's courts in 2002 show some encouraging results, namely a decrease in the number of unsolved cases and that higher courts are managing well with the growing number of cases, said Justice Minister Ivan Bizjak at a press conference on Monday. However, in executive issues the situation is more worrying, as can be seen from a high ratio between the number of unsolved and solved cases.
