Ljubljana, 8 April - The "coalition for a free Iraq" met in Northern Ireland on Monday. After guessing who is in and who is out, the picture has now become clearer - the coalition is an alliance of two. The attack on Iraq is a U.S. war, with Great Britain as an aiding partner. This does not seem to be a problem for the U.S., as the Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld has never kept it a secret that he is not in favour of the internalisation of the conflict and that he is interested in the international institutions only as side-line mechanisms, the daily Delo writes on Tuesday.
