European Commission Forecasts 2003 GDP Growth for Slovenia at 3.4%
Strasbourg, 8 April - Slovenia's economic growth will increase from last year's 3 percent to 3.4 percent this year, according to the spring economic forecast published by the European Commission on Tuesday. The Commission also believes that the country's inflation will be about 6 percent in 2003, down from 7.5 percent in 2002.
