Regionalisation Process Still at Standstill
Ljubljana, 8 April - Despite the clearly stated aim to decentralise Slovenia, the government's project of introducing regions as the second level of local self-government has stalled due to disagreement between political parties. "If politics delays this decision until after spring, I will have to establish that the project will not be completed in this government term," Interior Minister Rado Bohinc told STA.
