Petek Case Commission Satisfied with Interior Ministry's Response, not with Prosecution's

Ljubljana, 9 April - The parliamentary commission investigating the case of the brutally beaten journalist Miro Petek is satisfied with the response given by Interior Minister Rado Bohinc to the commission's interim report which said that the police failed to co-operate fully with the parliamentary investigators. The response given by State Prosecutor General Zdenka Cerar, however, was not satisfactory, as she failed to provide answers to the questions posed in the interim report, said head of the investigating commission Mirko Zamernik on Wednesday.
