Slovenia Gives EUR 198,000 Humanitarian Aid to Iraq
Ljubljana, 10 April - The Slovenian government decided Thursday to assign SIT 46m (EUR 198,000) to the war-afflicted civilian population in Iraq, SIT 31m (EUR 133,450) of which is intended for the psychological and social assistance to children in the framework of the Human Security Network, while SIT 15m (EUR 64,570) will go to the UNICEF's programme for access to safe drinking water, said Government's Public Relations and Media Office.
