Slovenia's Preparations for Euro Discussed on Sidelines of IMF Session
Washington, 14 April - Slovenian Finance Minister Dusan Mramor discussed Slovenia's entry to the European exchange rate mechanism ERM 2 with chair of the EU Council economic and finance committee Johnny Akerholm on Sunday. Akerholm said that the procedures for entry in the preliminary stage to adoption of the common European currency euro are not yet clearly defined, so in the next two months, the committe will issue guidelines for each individual country to join the ERM 2.
