Savinjsko Region Requires SIT 62bn for Development Projects
Celje, 15 April - A key problem of regional development in Slovenia is a shortage of funds, with increasingly less money made available by the state for strategic development projects, the head of the Regional Development Agency Celje (RRA) told the STA. According to Boris Klancnik, the NNE Slovenian region of Savinjsko requires SIT 62bn (EUR 266m) for the implementation of its 2001-2006 regional development programme.
