Lek Suffers Damage for Single Case of Mistakenly Substituted Drug
Ljubljana, 15 April - The Slovenian drug maker Lek has had to withdraw almost 20,000 packs od the drug Lekadol after a box bought at a pharmacy was found to contain the wrong medicine - an asthma retardant. The company said on Tuesday that the mistake has cost them SIT 5m (EUR 21,500).
