Court's Decision on Erased Citizens Will Be Respected, Says Interior Minister
Ljubljana, 15 April - Slovenian Interior Minister Rado Bohinc said on Tuesday that the ministry would respect the decision of the Constitutional Court regarding the Slovenian inhabitants that were erased from the population register in 1992. The Constitutional Court has ruled that several articles of the 1999 act regulating the legal status of citizens of former Yugoslavia living in Slovenia are unconstitutional.
