Slovenia's Position Will Change Greatly after the Signing of Accession Treaty, Says FM
Athens, 16 April - The signing of the Accession Treaty has substantially changed Slovenia's position in the EU and consequently in the international community, Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said in a press statement upon Wednesday's signing of the document. "Slovenian citizens will start to live in a community of almost five hundred million Europeans as of today. Slovenia will debate issues important to Europe together with 24 European countries," Rupel said.
