President Wanted to Have a Speech, PM Says

Ljubljana, 17 April - "President wished to have a speech and I thought it made sense to grant his wish", Slovenian Prime Minister Anton Rop has told the national TV Slovenija upon arriving at the Ljubljana airport from the EU summit in Athens, amidst media speculations that a disagreement sprang among Slovenian officials about who was to sign the Accession Treaty and hold a speech at the signing ceremony in the Greek capital.
