Ljubljana, 22 April - The state-run Slovenian Restitution Fund (SOD) transferred SIT 8.5bn (EUR 36.6m) of fresh capital to the insurance company Zavarovalnica Triglav on Tuesday, and became provisionally entrusted with 85.136 percent of the insurer's public capital. The ownership transformation of Slovenia's largest insurer signals the end of the privatisation of the Slovenian insurance sector.
