Single Programming Document Under Scrutiny of European Commission
Ljubljana, 29 April - In line with the EU acquis, Slovenia is bound to prepare a Single Programming Document (SPD) for drafting the European structural funds. However, the preparation of the document took longer then expected and the government's office for structure policy and regional development officially forwarded the SPD last week and not at the end of March as was planned earlier. The European Commission is to decide whether the document represents a sufficient basis for negotiations within 15 working days.
