"I believe that economic growth will continue this year. The continuation of gradual economic improvement in 1994 should be noticeable in the growth of gross national product (GNP) between one per cent (according to more pessimistic projections) and three per cent (according to more optimistic projections). The actual level of GNP growth depends both on factors which can be influenced by the government and those that cannot, Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek described the continuation of economic growth in an interview for the Slovenian Press Agency.
